1.         Introduction

 Placing the order means the customer's assent to all the terms and conditions of purchases set hereunder.

Upon sending the order confirmation by the Seller (e-mail letter), the sale-purchase agreement pursuant to all the terms and conditions set hereunder is concluded.

3.         Orders

Registration

To place an order, a customer is not obliged to be registered in the customer data base and to set up an account in our shop. The customer can make a purchase without setting up an account in our shop. The customer will be asked to provide all data necessary to realize the order.

·         first name and surname;

·         address;

·         contact data: address, e-mail and phone number. The phone number is also given to a currier company delivering the products as to avoid any difficulties with the delivery.

Placing the order

After placing an order, a customer receives the e-mail with a confirmation of his order and the order number. Please keep this number and quote it in any correspondence concerning this order with the shop.

The realization of the order starts after payment has been received at the Seller's bank account.

4.         Delivery

In order to provide quick and efficient delivery of products from the shop to customer, all deliveries are realized via UPS currier company. Products purchased in our shop are delivered only to the continental EU countries.

Time of order processing

Time of processing is 8 to 12 days (except Saturday and Sunday and bank holidays).

The term time of order realization is understood as the time from receiving the payment at the Seller’s bank account to transmitting the consignment to UPS.

This shall mean that within 8 to 12 business days (except Saturday and Sunday and bank holidays) from the moment of receiving the money at the Seller's bank account, the products ordered are transmitted to UPS.

Delivery time

Prior to sending the product we will ask you to choose the most convenient time of delivery.

Delivery time by UPS is 2 to 8 business days (except Saturday and Sunday and bank holidays).

The term delivery time is understood as a time of transportation of products by the courier company, starting  

 from the moment of sending the consignment by the Seller to the moment it is delivered to the customer.

Shipment costs

The shipment cost of the ordered products is calculated for each order separately and depends on the quantity of products ordered. The exact calculation of total shipment cost is visible during order placement.

5.         Payments

For the products purchased online at www.artveris.com the following methods of payment are available:

·         credit card - via PayPal.com or Dotpay services 

·         funds collected at PayPal.com service

·         bank transfer at the Seller's bank account

Credit cards

The process of card authorization and payment for ordered products is conducted with cooperation with PayPal.com and Dotpay).

PayPal.com and AllPay.eu (Dotpay) are certified and secure services which provide the highest possible security level and guarantee correctness of payment process..

All customer details are entered in PayPal.com or Dotpay secure website and are not registered on our database. We will not debit your card before the order is processed. 

Bank transfer

Customer can transfer the due amount directly at the Seller's bank account.

All the above given data are included in the e-mail sent to the customer after the order placement.

When you pay by bank transfer, in ‘Subject’ field please indicate the customer's name and surname (or the company name) and the order number.

6.     Returns and complaints

Every customer has right to claim the return of the purchased product (at his own expense, for whatever reason) within 3 days following the delivery of product by UPS.

No returns will be accepted unless the returned products are in new and undamaged condition and in original packing

To each product returned, the customer should enclose a written declaration of return and a transport document of the currier company (or its copy) that confirms the date of delivery.

The money for the returned goods is transferred to the customer’s bank account within 7 working days after receiving the returned product. The products will be returned at customer's expense. Expenses of the bank transfer - the customer is paying

Please check the content of the consignment in the presence of a forwarding agent. Shall you notice any damages or failures of the product you are obliged to drawn up a complaint protocol in the presence of a forwarding agent. Next, please send by e-mail a written complain together with the copy of a complaint protocol.

7.         Personal data protection

All information given by the customer during placing the order will not be distributed to any third parties and are used only to realization of order by www.artveris.com.

8.         Copyright law and reservation of rights

All descriptions and pictures of products are protected by copyrights. Copying, distribution and use for commercial purposes or publication on other websites without consent of „ATLANTER” International Trading is prohibited.

All the materials, descriptions and pictures presented on this website are published for information purposes only.

Slight differences in colour of the pictures in comparison with the original product are possible due to different screen adjustments and flashlight used.
